Where we ship
We ship across India. We do not currently ship outside India.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Some of our pickles are seasonal and made in small batches. If an item is delayed beyond two working days, we will contact you on the mobile number or email you provided.

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery can take longer during festivals, monsoon disruption or in remote PIN codes.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹599. Below ₹599, a flat shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Cash on Delivery, where available, may carry an additional handling fee which is shown at checkout.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we send the tracking number by email and SMS. You can also see it under My Account → Orders.
Packaging
Every jar is sealed, wrapped and packed with cushioning to survive Indian courier handling. If a jar still arrives broken or leaking, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy — we replace it.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your address and PIN code before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available after repeated attempts, we can re-ship it once you pay the return and re-dispatch cost.
